Summary:

This position is designed for a logistics and planning professional who has had exposure to multiple supply chain disciplines, including demand/ supply planning and MRP.
The purpose of this role is to sustain and promote TFE s reputation of being a reliable supplier of choice to our customers, and preferred partner with our logistics and service providers.
Daily standard work focuses on RDC and bailment customers optimization of inventory planning and replenishment, as well as relationship management/ coordination, and networking with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
TFE s speed to market, profitability, customer value, and the customer experience serve as objectives of the position.

The scope includes inventory planning (SAP, Excel, Customer Portals), logistics (load planning, freight coordination, handoff to OP/ Traffic), and parameter planning development (coverage profiles (WOI), lead-times, goods receipt times, etc.
).
Responsibilities range from the collection and modification of customer forecast data to contributing to RDC budget creation and data capture- areas of responsibility are based on assigned customers, regions, and/ or bailment locations.
The role is responsible for monitoring and reporting on metrics and KPI s/ targets, ie inventory (weeks of stock), service levels (fill rates), and transit lead-times of finished goods across TFE s supply network.
This position requires ability to influence, negotiate, and partner with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role directly reports to the Manager, RDC & Logistics.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead through collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders:
    Accounting, Order Processing, Sales, Distribution, Traffic, Data Administration, IT to support budget creation & tracking, maintain on-time product flow, optimize forecast/ supply, support new-tool development, and ensure master data is consistent with planning parameters.
  • Support and partner with external stakeholders:
    Control State(s), Warehouse Leads, 3PL s, Carrier Teams to enable efficient and consistent supply/ service, via communication and problem solving.
  • Support S&OP process via clear monthly reporting, driving both visibility to problems and continuous improvement
  • Champion the flow of on-time service to the customer and act as a concierge to our customer
    • Modify inventory strategies to adjust for conditions in the local marketplace
    • Execute material transfers to support stock decisions
    • Contribute to design, and execution processes
  • Broker win/win/win solutions between the customer, TFE, and personal objectives
    • Establish and monitor inventory targets, oversee performance, provide visibility SC leadership
    • Evaluate and scrutinize dashboards and other visual management tools to manage by exception
    • Report out significant milestones, state of the business, and highlight problem areas that require attention
  • Partner closely with BPT/ IT to deliver configuration, technology, and the tools needed to drive efficiency, and deliver value to the customer
    • Use of technology tools ie:
      EDI, MRP plant development, MRP planning parameters
  • Facilitate the flow of information and finished goods
    • Work closely with sales and customer to obtain customer-driven forecasts and implement in to TFE planning systems to optimize supply plan
    • Lead collaboration with internal traffic, distribution, order processing and other logistics coordinators to meet measures of success
    • Responsible for inventory reconciliation completion
  • A lead contributor to regular, collaborative meetings, that follow a PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) methodology
  • Support portfolio management by customer and location


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics
  • 3
    years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, 3PL, or related area
  • Ability to think critically and manage time/ priorities
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel
  • ERP experience (SAP), and reporting tools (Power BI) preferred
  • Hands on experience in applying skills in partnership and perseverance as it relates to maximizing the success of your customer
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively, in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with international and US Tax and Import codes/regulations preferred
  • Certification in areas of Supply Chain, Inventory, or Project Management a plus
  • Ability to assimilate information and run queries creatively to mine data in a targeted manner, providing solutions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
