We are currently looking for a Full-time Tasting Room Manager with experience and local relationships in Napa.
Candidates must be professional, articulate, hard-working, strong leaders who can handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for and oversee day-to-day floor operations in the Tasting Room, as well as execute Wine Club strategy and sales.
The position requires an outgoing, well organized, self-motivated, disciplined individual who is focused on the customer's experience.

Position
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tasting Room which includes tastings, visitor relations, staff performance, wine clubs and internet sales.
Ensure to maintain service at the highest levels daily.
Maintenance and Input for POS Establish par level for wine weekly orders based on business level.
Train, schedule and supervise Tasting Room staff.
Lead daily pre-shift meeting with staff and review information for the day ahead.
Inventory management of wine, retail merchandise and tasting room supplies.
Coordinate hospitality events, such as consumer tastings, VIP tastings, and wine club events.
Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers, and accounting for daily sales.
Ensure that cash accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business day.
Work as a team with our other entities, including tasting rooms, hotel, and operations center.
Qualifications:
Minimum three years successful management experience, ideally wine retail/hospitality related.
Passion for wine and customer service with strong wine knowledge Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Computer and Internet knowledge We offer a full benefits package, after the introductory period, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k, which includes employer contribution.
