Implement and maintain office procedures to streamline Office organization Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Entry level bookkeeper and payroll to support other staff members when needed
Qualifications:
3
years of experience in office management or related field Proficiency in Outlook, GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to learn new software About Company We are a local firm dedicated to small businesses but long term relationships!
