Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls - Organize and schedule appointments - Develop and maintain a filing system - Update and maintain office policies and procedures - Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers - Provide general support to visitors
Experience:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Skills:
- English/Spanish Bilingual - Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
) - Experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
