Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Manage and maintain stock levels, including inventory control and replenishment - Utilize strong math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and perform cash register functions - Provide excellent customer service, including phone etiquette and addressing customer inquiries or concerns - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and report generation - Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers professionally - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work well under pressure - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in record keeping and stock management Note:
Previous experience in a similar role or retail environment is preferred but not required.
