Napa Valley Tours & Transportation Napa Valley Tours & Transportation Napa, CA Napa, CA Full-time Full-time $75,000 - $100,000 a year $75,000 - $100,000 a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago The Reservations Supervisor / Manager is responsible for maximizing transportation revenue through management of staff to ensure accuracy with reservations, and for assisting in supervision of the day-to-day activities and duties of the Reservations Department.
Fundamental Requirements:
Maximize transportation revenue and bookings by reviewing status daily.
Attend weekly manager meetings.
Follows the Reservation Strategy program according to SOP.
Review arrivals/departures/transportation report ensure accuracy.
Be completely competent in all transportation software functions used by Reservations.
Be knowledgeable on corporate partner and group reservations information (outlets, hours of operation, schedules etc.
) and ensure the staff is trained to communicate information to callers and resort partners.
Comply with internal policies on billing, routing, corporate accounts, Ensure timely processing of new requests for transportation Control Reservation staff schedule.
Maintain rate integrity program.
Monitor random calls to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Input group transportation and ensure proper billing and notes are in all bookings.
Assist with inputting of reservations when necessary.
Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments.
Know the company's rate quoting standards.
Supervise and lead Reservation Agents.
Complete weekly work schedule for reservation sales agents according to business forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.
Process/correct daily payroll sheets.
Update group information daily.
Maintain and be familiar with future group reservations ensuring data accuracy.

Review Reservations bookings on a daily basis.
Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of reservations, reports, restrictions, etc.
Perform other assignments as requested.
