- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings.
- Supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain office procedures and policies to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or related fields.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and clients effectively.
- Ability to handle phone systems and manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Experience in event planning is desirable.
- Demonstrated capability in supervising and leading a team effectively.
