Responsibilities include supporting attorneys and paralegals, scheduling and preparing for client appointments, and managing client files.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like the Microsoft Suite.
You must be comfortable responding to a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Our dynamic environment requires flexibility and composure under pressure.
Responsibilities Respond to client phone calls and emails Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, and letters Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Maintain an organized filing system Follow office policies and procedures Provide general support to visitors Skills and Qualifications Superior customer service Attention to detail and problem solving Proven experience as a legal or administrative assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook and MS Word, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task College Degree Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
