General Position
Summary:
The Quality Analyst will work in partnership across all departments to ensure all non-conformances are collected and analyzed.
It will be the responsibility of the QA for the collection, analysis, and reporting of all related data in an on-going effort to decrease all non-conformances.
The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be crucial to enhancing the understanding of the business and improving decision making.

Responsibilities:
Non-Conformances Internal and External Records Return Material Authorization (RMAs) in the ERP system.
Identifies and resolves workflows and production issues.
Assists with non conformance Return Material Authorization (RMA) investigations.
Make sure improvements and resolutions to RMA are successful and are maintained.
Run reports on a weekly basis and present the result to Quality Control Supervisor/Management Representative Customer-specific documents Prepare Samples, Quality Certificates, Color Standards as identified on production tickets and checklists.
Quality Tests and report Run customer- specific test as required by Customer SOP and organize the test result to present it to the customer (Power Point Presentation) Archive Organization Is responsible for paperwork/ sample archive and organization.
Assist in developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Must have the ability to walk short distances.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
Specific Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications Computer - Is computer literate and can utilize Microsoft office software; Possesses office equipment knowledge.
Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
Accurate/ Analytic - is accurate in registering data; supply customer requested documents in a aesthetic condition aligned with the Company Standards; provide data that are accurate and easy to read.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance.

Essential Job Functions:
Thoroughly and critically inspects work samples from all departments for overall quality and compliance with work order details; keep records of inspection results.
Takes full responsibility for the calibration of sensitive measuring equipment, including scales, densitometers, and spectrophotometers.
Updates and maintains calibration logs.
Participates in root cause analyses of non-conformances along with Manager of Quality Control and department managers as necessary.
Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving, taking initiative when appropriate.
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to instruct and train department staff, in conjunction with the department manager, in the best performance of their duties.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
