You're Excited About US Because You Will - Direct and work with the food & beverage/culinary team and employees to successfully execute all restaurant operations.
- Manage all restaurant/ food and beverage operations and staff on a daily basis.
- Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance in areas of responsibility.
We're Excited About YOU Because - You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
- You have five or more years of Food & Beverage experience with at least two years of manager experience.
- You are service-focused and have a passion for hospitality.
The expected salary range for this position is $160,000-$175,000.
The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.
The actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate.
This role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
