Responsibilities Field telephone calls Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials Maintain an organized filing system Conduct internet research Send invoices to bookkeeper Create email and postal mail campaigns Do events sales Assist with large group bookings Assist management with employee files Coordinate events Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail Ability to organize and create orderly systems Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing We are looking forward to receiving your application.
