We are seeking a people-friendly, detail oriented, organized individual who enjoys fulfilling clients' wine needs! The Client Relations Representative position requires strong customer service and organizational skills.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner Schedule wine shipments ensuring weather safety throughout travel path Coordinate between the Sales Department and the Warehouse Team Process physical Returns Manage invoices and arrange shipping Maintain up to date knowledge on Domestic shipping regulations Coordinate customer pick up orders Notify customers of problems with shipments and work to find a resolution that is satisfactory to both the client and the Company Skills &
Qualifications:
Excellent client relations skills:
ability to create and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients Self-directed with high personal quality expectations, as well as a solid team player Exceptional problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills Expertise using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word An interest or prior knowledge in wine is a plus but is not required to start! Preferred education:
