Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle requisitions and candidate pipelines with efficiency and expediency Forecast, track, and report on all recruiting metrics, current staffing, and upcoming hires for your team Hold yourself and the team accountable to the goals set Attend weekly leadership meetings to ensure awareness of staffing projections for upcoming months Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts Regular Pre-hire candidate check-ins Prioritizing urgent items - appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers In addition to the duties described on the Sales Recruiter Job Description, the following establishes metrics by which the team is measured Weekly Interview, Offer, and New Hire Class goals Maintaining above average show rates to interviews and training Minimum Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred 3-5 years of sales and/or recruiting experience is required, high-volume experience is a plus 1-3 years of management experience is preferred Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to overcome objections and rejection How You'll Be Rewarded:
