Assist National General Sales Manager, National Chain Managers and Support National Sales Team.
Essential Responsibilites:
Answer direct calls and emails in a professional manner.
Maintain National Sales roster, Retail map, and Distributoe roster.
Coordinate and facilitate meeting-Hotel reservations, agendas, catering, layout.
Collaborate and coordinate annual WSWA, ECRM, Prowine, general sales meetings, new hire orientation meetings,.
Maintain wine inventory display wall and orders samples as needed.
On and Off boarding of National Sales and Marketing.
Manage and track monthly reports for General Sales Managers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Able to multitask.

Ability to lift 40lbs.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements:

Sit for an extensive period of time.
