We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Demo and Display Specialist in Southern CA, preferably Orange County.
This role will play a crucial part in promoting our brand and driving sales through effective product demonstrations and attractive in-store displays across various retail chain stores.
Position
Summary:
As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for executing engaging product demonstrations and creating captivating displays that showcase our wines in retail chain stores.
You will work closely with store management and our sales team to enhance brand visibility, educate customers about our wines, and ultimately drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to create awareness and generate interest in Trinitas Wines within retail chain stores.
- Set up and maintain attractive displays and point-of-sale materials to showcase Trinitas Wines and create an inviting shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales representatives to identify prime locations within the stores for displays and ensure compliance with store guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock displays as needed to ensure product availability and a visually appealing presentation.
- Educate store employees about Trinitas Wines, including its history, winemaking process, and key selling points, to enhance their product knowledge and enable effective sales.
Storytelling wizard!- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to secure prime promotional spaces and obtain support for product demos and displays.
- Collect and report feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market trends to help inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance Trinitas Wines' market position.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or brand promotion is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the unique qualities and features of Trinitas Wines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics to create captivating displays.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to execute multiple store visits and demos within assigned territories.
- Passion for wine, with a solid understanding of wine varieties, regions, and production processes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail store schedules.
- Friendly, upbeat, outgoing, engaging, charismatic- Physical ability to lift and carry wine cases and set up displays.

Responsibilities:
Achieve budgeted in-store demo goals on a monthly basis Achieve Quarterly & annual shipment goals, gross profit goals and performance goals in area of responsibility Develop a very strong working relationship with assigned accounts to include buyers, wine stewards, liquor managers etc.
Deliver on KPIs to increase distribution & sales growth within account base Develop and maintain an organized list of accounts/demos in the territory Maintain a regular customer call schedule and review upcoming programs and priorities with each customer quarterly Review and analyze sales trends to develop territory strategy monthly Work directly with accounts to increase placements and sales Assist at all special events, demos, wine dinners, tastings and festivals in the territory Work closely with the Sales Director to set goals and priorities for the territory Prioritize and plan account activities by completing preplans and recaps with Sales Director Support Trinitas Cellars Values and Purpose Other duties as assigned Requirements:
A current Driver's License and a clean/good driving record, or reliable means of transportation.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
Currently reside in territory 3 to 5 years successful selling experience, preferably in wine or alcoholic beverages Proven track record of success in sales Strong customer service orientation Excellent English language communication skills (both written and oral) Solid one-on-one presentation ability and effective public speaking (group communication) skills Ability to formulate account strategies and execute against them Ability to work independently as well as be a team player Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel within assigned territory Competent with basic features in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point Comfortable using company provided software and sales management tools Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times Ability to lift 50 lbs Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Beverage Products Branding Business Process Improvement Customer Service English Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
