Oxbow Pool and Landscape Contractors are residential pool and landscape construction company working on projects in the North Bay (Marin, Sonoma, & Napa Counties).
Looking to hire a full time Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team of PM's and Estimators.
Assist Project Managers with the following:
interacting with crews, home owners, general contractors, landscape architects, & subcontractors obtaining quotes and purchasing material (stone, concrete, lumber, lighting, plants, etc.
) estimating & change orders keeping a schedule of needed permits and ensuring that they are pulled and renewed.
scheduling with subcontractors & construction crews tracking job costs vs estimated costs bi-monthly billing submitting, as-builts, and project close-out additional tasks as requested by supervisor Skill Required and to be Developed:
great all-around communication and problem solving skills working knowledge of Excel including creating formulas strong attention to detail understanding of basic accounting at least 1 - 2 years construction experience Degrees preferred:
