The role of Customer Service/Wine Sales Associate is key to maintaining excellence in our relationships with our current and new wine club members.
This position is located in our call center and provides impeccable service through telephone and electronic communication.
Some of the primary role responsibilities include:
responding to incoming sales calls from internet customers, inputting and updating member and customer information within our database, processing transactions and supporting the Wine Club Manager in member retention and membership growth.
Sales goals will be set monthly and periodically and success in achieving goals are incentivized through a very generous bonus plan.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer service or sales environment, ability to verbally communicate professionally and effectively, and superb attention to detail in data entry.
Prior winery experience with an in depth knowledge of wines and attractions throughout Napa and Sonoma Valley is desired.
