Clean driving record, Clear Vision, able to lift 100
lbs, walk an average of 10K steps daily, drive a lot, start at 7AM, possible weekend(s) and overtime Physical labor year round, rain or shine Self- motivated, responsible, time management essential Must be able to read & write - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Math skills required:
volume calculations, multiplication & division Must be able and willing to follow directions as well as ask questions Understanding of circulation systems, filtration, chemistry, hydraulics and electricity must be learned if not already known Comfortable working with both male and female supervisors Must know how to find addresses when GPS does not work Communications skills:
ask questions while learning, friendly to clients, customer service skills are a huge plus - it's building a relationship with the clients on your route Discretion required; we work on people's private property Ability to work independently, efficiently, intelligently, and quickly Keen eye for detail To do this job well, you need to be a critical thinker, very observant, thoughtful, eager to work and willing to learn; desire to work smart, efficiently and learn how to make your work easier not harder by learning to make the pool equipment work for you.
