We are seeking extraordinary, enthusiastic Full-Time Direct to Consumer (DtC) Hospitality Teammate to join our team.
We are looking for a teammate with:
Ability to work independently, and is highly motivated and an initiator Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi-task with strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills:
the ability to work effectively with all teammates within the organization Must have the physical strength and stamina to lift and move product repeatedly This teammate will be accountable for:
Receiving incoming and outgoing product as well picking and packing of consumer shipments Restocking DtC Cellar with incoming product, keeping the area organized and rotating stock as needed Monitoring inventory of packaging supplies and wine with monthly report.
Working with the Estate Manager and Tasting Room Manager to ensure that the property is guest ready daily Assist and support the Tasting Room Team (set up and breakdown for guest experiences, events, wine glasses are ready and cleaned) Event Set-up and break down Assigned projects Following safe work procedures and practices and reports all unsafe working conditions/hazards other duties as assigned.
Full Time position with shared commission and tips.
Valid CA Drivers License and clean DMV record Ability to lift, move and carry cases of wines Available to work on weekends and holidays if needed Must be at least 21 years of age Job Type:
