Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues - Handling of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and tracking - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Experience:
- Bilingual Spanish & Englis a plus - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations - Proficient in using customer service software, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
