As Guest Service Agent your attention to detail is an absolute must along with a strong interest in numbers and problem solving skills.
Your comprehensive folio reconciliations will provide the perfect end to the guests experience at checkout.

SENZA hotel offers our applicants for employment strong team support at a high end vineyard property that specializes in catering to our guests every need.
Our location is conveniently centered between the cities of Napa and Yountville.
Responsibilities:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Assist guest at check in with luggage, directions, amenities Host the wine hour reception when we do not have a winery to pour Inspect rooms if needed Deliver amenities to guests if needed Assist with making food orders from our late night menu Help guests with making reservations at wineries and restaurants If you:
Have a naturally warm and friendly nature and communicate easily with guests and staff Project a professional and well groomed appearance Are punctual and understand the importance of being here when scheduled Consider yourself open and willing to assisting any and all departments as needed Possess strong computer and organizational skills.
Opera PMS knowledge a plus Live within the local area or within commuting distance Are able to work, afternoons, nights, (weekends and holidays are a must) Must be 21 or older Job Type:
