The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
This position works within a team as well as independently, and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
Skills:
Ability to understand basic measurements Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Ability to work well in a team environment (team player) Ability to work well under pressure Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in completing projects.
Must be able to complete projects on time.
Must be able to work with little supervision.
Must be able to communicate well with co-workers.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
