The Lincoln:
is looking for food servers who are experienced and understand the importance of the guest experience.
We are only looking for the best servers in Napa and surrounding areas who care about the guests.
We are opening a new restaurant in Napa, experience is required for all positions.
Job Requirements - including but not limited to:
Greeting and seating customers Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system Menu knowledge and remembering specials is required Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately Providing the best and most attentive service to diners is a requirement Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management as soon as possible to ensure the reputation of the Lincoln is a must.
Working as a team setting up and preparing for the next shift is a team requirement.
