Senior HR Generalist

We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Generalist III to be a part of our larger HR team. This role will conduct investigations into workplace concerns and support positive employee engagement by providing guidance, coaching and recommendations to resolve employee concerns. This role will work closely with other HR Business Partners and legal counsel to promote equity, company values, and accountability in the workplace, and to respond appropriately, thoroughly, and fairly to employee concerns. The Job (the big stuff):
Promote employee relations and RCU with employees at all levels. Respond to and refer all employee relations concerns to resolve issues and answer questions. Advise employees and managers on issues of confidentiality and complexity. Respond to, resolve, and escalate employee relations concerns appropriately; always ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. Perform workplace investigations and reports. Serve as an additional point of contact to the HR Managers in providing support and counsel to employees, managers, leadership, and external vendors/partners as needed. Work closely, collaboratively, and consistently with all People service departments, to include Employee Events & Engagement, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Training. Support performance management process and training Ensure all employee-employer related policies and procedures are compliant with all federal, state, municipal or other requirements. Work with line-managers, leadership, and others to create, update, and maintain all HR-related policies and procedures so that employee safety, wellness, and collaborative work environments are continually cultivated and that are consistent with the company's mission, vision, values, and service standards. Required Skills What's Needed From You:
Minimum of five years professional human resources experience, in a progressively responsible role. Proven experience working in a Senior HR role, knowledge of employee relations and performance management (huge plus). Thorough knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of modern human resources management. Ability to effectively influence and navigate across organizational teams and departments, building strong relationships with employees and managers. Current knowledge of California and federal labor laws, rules, and regulations. Ability to thrive in a changing, deadline-oriented environment that requires excellent attention to detail. Strong service orientation. Required Experience Our ideal candidate would have:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to a BA/BS degree or equivalent. At least five to seven years' experience in human resources, administration, organizational development or closely related field. Professional certification in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred ( SHRM, HRCI, ISPI, ATD). Mandatory Vaccination Policy:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
