Required Qualifications and
Experience:
High School degree or equivalent required; BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
Must have the ability to review submitted paperwork for accuracy.
Must have experience using EXCEL Must have experience in customer service Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills Solid problem-solving and consultative skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimal supervision RESPONSIBILITIES Data entry for received inventory Data entry for received payment Applying customer payments to SF Naturals software Scanning invoices to SFNaturals Software Emailing customers all open invoices Contacting customers regarding past-due invoices Following up with customers regarding past-due invoices Sending weekly report to SF Naturals sales team to collect any past due invoices Work independently and as part of a team HOURLY RATE Hourly rate is $19 - $20 based on experience Work Hours 9:
