Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the office, handling correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate project timelines to support project managers and field teams.
Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and administer company policies.
Perform financial tasks such as invoicing, managing accounts payable/receivable, and budget tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Assist in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with accounting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
